1996 - the idea of "chips"-modifiers production was born by means of Usmanov R.G. (technical director presently) and R'jabchikov I.V. (professor, doctor). The production process was based on the unique development - special casting machine.
At the same time "NPP Technologiya" had been established. "NPP Technologiya" began to develop, produce and sell modifiers for out-of-furnace iron and steel treatment.
1996-1998 years
During the next 1,5 years "chips"-modifiers' production department was designed and built. The first industrial batch of modifiers had been produced at the 1998. Department's capacity was 720 tons modifiers per year.
Quality increasing works lasted after that. Another purpose of this works was to enlarge capacity.
2000 — most modern X-ray-spectrography device gained and started. This device is for control of chemical analysis.
2001 — foundry furnaces had been modernized and capacity increased up to 1500 tons per year.
2003 — foundry department was reconstructed, new furnace appeared. As the result, capacity have grown up to 3000 tons per year.
2004 - rebranding. The Company changes its name, new market name is NPP Company - it is more easy for perception. Since then NPP Company's registered sign is looked as letter "F" in the circle and inscription "NPP Company".
2005
- the first wire machine have been launched;
- new mix-material conditioning area and modifiers conditioning department have started to work.
- new melting compartment started. Its capacity is 3000 tons per year. So NPP Company can produce 6000 tons modifiers per year in general nowadays.
2006 - NPP Company represented the Russian Foundrymen Web-Site which is interesting for foundrymen, their customers and suppliers, students of metallurgical professions and others. This site has a great number of various functions.
